Small studio.
Loud games.

Shrimp Industries is the solo studio of Luke “Shrimp” Kabat, in Warsaw, Poland. I design it, code it, break it and ship it.

Games

Small team, small scope, high density. Both projects are built in Unity and designed to be picked up in a minute and argued about for hours.

Roll The Bones

Roll dice · Cast spells · Cause problems

A fast-paced pixel-art action roguelite where your weapons are dice. Every die holds up to six spells, every side you burn rerolls into something new, and every run is a fresh argument between the loadout you planned and the loadout the dice gave you.

  • Spell dice. Build a loadout, spend a face, reroll into chaos.
  • Dice materials. Upgrades that rewrite what a Crit roll actually does.
  • Artifacts. Score-driven ultimates - frost, burn, meteors, thunderstorms.
  • Hand-crafted dungeons plus endless challenge floors to chase scores on.

Sudden Death Golf

Nine holes · One survivor

A party minigolf game that stops being polite almost immediately. Up to twelve players share a course, take their shots, and spend the rest of the round using power-ups to make absolutely certain nobody else sinks theirs.

  • Up to 12 players - local couch play and online, whichever kind of chaos you prefer.
  • Power-ups that ruin friendships. Shove rival balls off the green, drop a gravity well in the fairway, or resize a ball until physics gives up.
  • Ball-to-ball collisions mean the green is never just yours.
  • The optional Beer power-up wobbles your screen and strongly implies you should take a shot in real life. Entirely toggleable, entirely your problem.

The studio

Shrimp Industries is one person and a very long to-do list.

It’s the trading name for my sole proprietorship. Under it I build and publish games solo - design, programming, shaders, VFX, and the unglamorous middle bit where you fix the same bug four times.

I’m based in Warsaw, Poland. I got into game development the sideways way: modding, map-making and reverse-engineering other people’s games in school, then an engineering degree in Electronics and a master’s in IT at Warsaw University of Technology. Along the way I’ve written radar software, worked as a process automation engineer, and shipped gameplay and shader work at an indie studio. The games get built around all of it.
