The pitch
What is Roll The Bones?
It’s a game about rolling dice and casting spells - and about the gap between the run you planned and the run the dice handed you.
You descend through hand-crafted dungeons and an endless ladder of challenge floors, armed with customisable spell dice. Each die holds up to six spells; spend a face and the die rerolls into something else. Some results are devastating, some are chaotic, some are actively a bad idea. That’s the game.
Upgradeable dice materials change what a Crit roll does, so a loadout is quick to assemble but deep enough to build genuine combo engines around. Score-driven combos charge ancient Artifacts - frost and burn riders on your projectiles, meteor strikes, thunderstorms - which turn a good run into a screen-clearing one.
If you like Enter the Gungeon, The Binding of Isaac or Wizard of Legend, and you don’t mind gambling with your own build, this one’s aimed squarely at you.
